Married life is looking great on Miley Cyrus! She looked vivacious and genuinely happy as she appeared at the 2019 Grammy Awards; however, many people noticed the absence of her husband, Liam Hemsworth. It wasn’t the only event Liam was missing from.
Sunday was also the press day for Liam’s new film, Isn’t It Romantic. According to co-star Rebel Wilson, Liam had been in the hospital and was unable to attend. She told Extra, “[Liam] was in hospital overnight, so hopefully he will be fine. He texted us this morning.”
Miley forged ahead at the Grammys without Liam, opting to bring her parents, Tish and Billy Ray, instead. She rocked the house by joining Shawn Mendes for a duet of his single, “In My Blood”. She later appeared again as part of a tribute to godmother Dolly Parton, where the two teamed up for her iconic hit “Jolene”.
Liam was still home recovering from his mystery illness when it came time for the Isn’t It Romantic premiere. Miley decided to step in for her man, looking stunning in a red Maison Valentino gown.
