Thursday: Breakfast, same as previous days, Lunch, fruit; Dinner, chicken fillet and salad complete with fresh vegetables.

Friday: Breakfast, same as previous days; Lunch, two boiled eggs and steamed vegetables, Dinner, grilled fish and salad.

Saturday: Breakfast, same as the days before; Lunch, fruit; Dinners, steak and vegetables cooked on steam.
