As you’ve probably noticed, the Democratic race is a pretty packed field. And, as The Late Show‘s Stephen Colbert points out in the video above, 14 of the people running are white men.
“There are so many candidates right now that if a random person walked up to me on the street and said they were running for president I would probably believe them,” he says. “So I decided to test that theory by sending one of our writers, Brian Stack, out on the street to see if people would believe he was one of the countless middle-aged, white male Democratic candidates.”
With his fumbling awkwardness and strong stance on elevator safety, Brian Stack (a.k.a. Gregory Whytman) fits the bill perfectly.
