“Home Alone” hit theaters back in 1990 and it remains a film favorite among viewers both young and old. Macaulay Culkin, who played the beloved and precocious blonde-haired troublemaker, is now 38 years old!
After experiencing life as a child superstar (and the center of much tabloid fodder), Macaulay became notoriously private and has mostly stayed out of the public eye.
In a recent interview with Ellen, Macaulay admitted he hadn’t watched “Home Alone” in years. During the holiday season, he says he tries to stay home as much as possible to avoid the crowds and chaos.

With the holidays quickly approaching, Macaulay took to his Twitter after having worked on a top secret commercial. “Have you ever wondered what Kevin McCallister is like as an adult? Me neither. But just in case you’re curious you should totally watch this,” he tweeted.
He then shared a link to the new ad, in which he revisits his infamous “Home Alone” character and recreates some of the movie’s most memorable moments.
Only this time, Kevin has Google Assistant there to help him navigate his empty nest.
