Actor Adam Driver’s tear-filled yelp and iconic wall punch were all over Twitter, becoming one of the year’s biggest memes. Not bad for a movie that was also nominated for several Oscars.
But as old memes fade, new memes are born. At the start of the month, the Marriage Story argument got a second verse. In this new form, Adam Driver hitting the wall hits iconic beats to hit songs. On Twitter and Facebook the memes are rising to the top of the charts.
