Jon Gosselin, ex-husband of Kate Gosselin and father to the eight children who drew national attention on the reality show “Jon and Kate Plus 8,” is speaking out to settle his side of their infamous story.
In a new episode of Dr. Oz, Jon issues a jarring set of claims about his ex-wife and their children. When speaking about Kate, he shared, “I believe her intentions in the beginning were good intentions, bringing kids into the world. That she fought to have these kids. But I think once fame and money got involved it twisted her belief system.”
Jon also shared that he has been “fighting to get my kids off TV forever.” He went on to say that Kate has mistreated two of the children, and cited specific examples. While apparently citing a 2009 gag order from the divorce, he said his silence over the years has been because “I have watched my children suffer and I have not been able to say a word.”dove
