Adriana, Alessandra and Andreia Dantas are identical triplets from of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Like so many sets of multiples, the sisters share a remarkable bond and uncanny closeness.
Not only do they share many of the same personality traits, but they also match their physical appearances as much as possible. They have the same hair color and hairstyles, and they wear the same style of clothing. And when Adriana underwent plastic surgery, her two sisters followed suit with the exact same plastic surgeon.
As the triplets grew older, they realized they also shared a passion for health and exercise, and working out together.
Now, at 37 years old, the Dantas triplets are considered the world’s only bodybuilding triplets.
For many years, Adriana, Alessandra and Andrei have been training and competing as an identical trio. They follow the same diet plan, exercise regime, and training schedule, and they even take the same dietary supplements. They say they do this to ensure they all have the same chance at winning their competitions.
The judges, however, have had a very difficult time telling them apart.
