Homecoming King And Queen Crowned In ’92 Get Married 28 Years Later—After Matching On Dating App

In October of 1992, Janet Jaramillo and Greg Dabice were crowed homecoming king and queen at Montclair State University in New Jersey.

Though the pair locked eyes that night, they never dated in high school. In fact, homecoming was the last time they saw each other before graduation.

Both Janet and Greg went on to become successful in their professional fields, get married and have kids. Janet had two kids and Greg had five.

In 2016, both Janet and Greg got divorced from their respective partners.

When they were both ready to start dating again, they signed up for a dating app and ended up matching with one another.

Greg knew Janet looked eerily similar to the queen to his king, so he checked in with one of his former fraternity brothers to make sure he wasn’t crazy.

“Is this her?!” he asked his friend.

“Yeah, it’s her… go get your queen.”

Watch the video below to see how this fairytale romance unfolded. Fate works in very mysterious ways.
