Hilary Duff just shared an extra-private, extra-sweet video of her daughter, Banks, just after birth.
Hilary delivered Banks at home in October 2018. Shortly afterward, she shared her birth story with fans, revealing that she’d given birth to Banks at home in a tub of water. She was in labor “for a really long time,” but the pushing itself didn’t take that long. And once Banks arrived, she reached up and basically gave her mama a hug.
“They hand her to me and I’m looking at her […] and she reaches up both of her arms and curls into me […] reaches up her arms right at my neck, as if to give me a hug,” Hilary said in November. “It made me feel like she was like, ‘Good team, Mom, we did it.’”
Banks just turned five months old, and Hilary recently shared an actual video of that first hug to celebrate. The special moment is nothing short of amazing.
