Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been happy together for a long time. So, what’s stopping them from making things official?
Currently, the two of them are together in Oklahoma, trying their hardest to stay safe and indoors. Pretty soon, they’ll both serve as judges on The Voice once again, joined by Kelly Clarkson and John Legend. So, they’ve spent a ton of time together. And, they seem to be involved with each other’s families, especially around the holidays.
The issue may be that both of them were married before. And, since Gwen is very religious, she’s really hoping that in the eyes of the church, her first marriage to Gavin Rossdale can be annulled. But, that’s pretty problematic. For one, Gwen and Gavin have three boys together — Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo. And most times, if a marriage includes intercourse after saying “I Do,” annulment is out the window.
With that knowledge in place, Gwen might want to change her mind. But no matter what, her second marriage — if it happens — will be filled with a lot of love.
While they’ve been intertwined, they don’t want to rush things. Especially since things are going so well as is. Blake admits that he didn’t think he’d find someone like Gwen so late in life, so he’s savoring every minute of their courtship. However, when the moment happens? They’re not going to sell it to the tabloids. They plan on letting fans know directly.
