Food is your body’s fuel and after the 30’s, your body needs good “fuel”. You should be aware of what you choose to consume as it is and the phrase “You are what you eat”. Below we will list all the foods you should avoid as much as after 3 and the reason why.

1. Alkohol

Alcohol is very rich in calories, and since your body after the 30s is more difficult to burn extra calories, why supply the body even more. Also, alcohol increases insulin levels, dehydrates cells and the next day you will feel a crazy hunger for sugar.

2. Artificial Sugars

White industrial sugar (otherwise known as white poison) may increase glucose levels, that of fat deposited, the risk of swine flu virus and type 2 diabetes.
