Despite a virtual halt to all film and television production amid the COVID-19 outbreak, Jurassic World: Dominion is set to premiere June 11, 2021.

To make sure that the release date is not pushed back, the film set will reportedly have a drive-thru coronavirus test facility. IndieWire reported that cameras are set to resume rolling on the film as soon as July 6, 2020, at London’s Pinewood Studios.

Deadline reports that a COVID-19 testing facility is just one of the precautions Universal is taking when filming begins. Other additions include a private medical facility called Your Doctor, which is being assembled at Pinewood Studios “to manage the entire production’s medical needs.”

The new safety protocols will also include COVID training for all cast and crew; on-site doctors, nurses, and isolation booths; 150 hand sanitizer stations; nightly antiviral ‘fogs;’ more than 1,800 safety signs put up around Pinewood; and “Green Zones” for shooting cast and crew. The “Green Zone” will also act as a gateway to the production, as the area “will be policed to stop any untested crew from coming in as a further measure to prevent any spread of COVID-19.”
