’During the Zagreb summit in May, we have the ambition and clear aim to start the negotiations with Albania and North Macedonia’’- declared the Croatian Pm, Andrej Plenkovic, during the meeting with his Italian counterpart, Giuseppe Conte, in the framework of the summit of the Central European Initiative.
According to him, the experience of Croatia has shown that when you negotiate the economic management is not visible.
PM of Croatia added that he has two requests for the EU- Western Balkan Summit in Zagreb in 2020. Firstly, the meetings should be consistent and secondly everything should be done for the methodology of adhering the Union, because it is an enticement for the candidate countries.
