Yesterday, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend shared that they are expecting their third baby. The duo revealed the news in the music video for John’s current single. Fans were elated when a shot of Chrissy’s growing baby bump was unexpectedly shared in the video.
Chrissy and John didn’t immediately confirm the news, but in the hours that followed Chrissy shared a video online that definitely made it clear a third baby is on the way. In the video, she notes, “Look at this third baby [expletive]. What the… oh my God!”
The two have two children together: four-year-old Luna and two-year-old Miles. They recently shared that John’s music videos have always been really special for the family, especially since he and Chrissy first met on-set.
“We have ‘All of Me,’ the marriage, no kids yet. ‘Love Me Now’ with Luna and this one with Miles,” said Chrissy. John added, “t’s been chronicling our family’s growth and our journey and we’re so happy that this video is the next chapter.”
Chrissy and John also spoke about the public perception about their marriage. John said, “I know people see us in these music videos and it presents us like we have a perfect life. We are truly grateful for our life and our lives together and our family, but everybody has troubles and don’t think you’re alone if you’re fighting with your spouse.”
He also noted that he and Chrissy have “different communication styles,” but that they have learned to “work around each other and know what works for one person versus the other.”
