Being miserable and intelligent seems to be two parallel lines that have no point of meeting! At least this is what we are told.

However, a study conducted by the University of Toronto states that having a strong memory is an overrated feature and that being forgotten is actually a plus for your IQ.

Professor Blake Richland, one of the study publishers, said:

It is important for the brain to forget irrelevant details and instead focus on things that will help make decisions in the real world. We know that “exercise” increases the number of neurons in the hippocampus, but it’s exactly those details of your life that do not matter that can exacerbate your nervous system.
