It’s easy to view your life as having gone off track when you choose to zero in on specific aspects of it, rather than the entire picture. While love and friendship may always end up being your priority, try to remember that who you are apart from other people is something that deserves your attention as well. When’s the last time you created something solely for the purpose of creating it? Reconnect with that which reminds you of your place in the world. You’re already whole, I promise.

You have a tendency to immediately dive headfirst into what gives you joy, regardless of how reliable or trustworthy those waters are. While it’s true that you love being adored and showered in affection, the sentiment that you experience when making somebody else feel that way is unmatched. You’re a giver at heart, so much so that it’s caused you more than your fair share of problems in the past. Practice some restraint in the coming weeks. If it’s worth your time, it will prove itself to you.

What is it about missed opportunities that bother you so deeply? And why do you prioritize them over what’s happening in the moment? It’s okay to have regrets, and unrealistic to expect that you’re going to be able to fully move past all of them, but don’t let that deter you from trying again. Use the memory of what went wrong as motivation to do and be better, rather than as an excuse to pull the covers back over your face. Stop trying to be perfect. Nobody needs you to be perfect.

In general, you find yourself feeling most comfortable when the immediate environment seems definable. You like being able to pinpoint the source of your emotions, clearly identify why certain things do or don’t happen for you, and put everything you endure into neat categories. But sometimes you’ve just gotta let yourself feel what the world wants you to without searching for meaning behind it. Listen to your body before your mind. Some of the best experiences are ones that push against clarity.

It’s always been difficult for you to get your message across to people, especially when it comes to those that you love. Words get jumbled, lines get crossed, and more often than not you’ve found yourself in the middle of a conflict that could’ve been avoided if everyone had just taken the time to look closely at one another. Try not to let your frustrations get in the middle of your relationships. The time and energy it’ll cost to mend anything bruised will always outweigh any instant relief.

The time has come for you to be an active player in your own life, again. Let this be the end of allowing others to make decisions for you, the end of sacrificing for those that wouldn’t do the same, the end of an era that tasted like ash and sounded like tires squealing on pavement. Don’t let this incoming surge of positive energy pass you by. Embrace the very best version of yourself and work on coaxing them out of hiding. We all want to meet them. We want to say hello.

You’ve concluded that covering up your personality is less risky than exposing yourself to the possibility of being hurt, which while arguably true isn’t a healthy way to live. Everybody that’s told you that you’re better off muted will never be able to appreciate the beauty of living in technicolor. Be proud of who you’ve made yourself into. There’s no reason to hide when what you have is so incredibly unique. Don’t let anybody make you feel ashamed because of how brightly your spark burns.

In a perfect world the right decisions would fall effortlessly into your lap, and the exertion spent to put them in action would be minimal and streamlined. But, of course, this isn’t a perfect world. And in reality you can’t rely on hope alone if you want good things to happen to you. Make the first move. Strip off your shell and be as confident as you would be in a flawless universe, a place where you could never fail. There is always room to be a little bolder than you were.

You’ve never quite understood how everybody except you appears to have a strong sense of their identity. It isn’t like you haven’t tried to understand yourself, in terms of both your physical and emotional ties, or that you haven’t had moments where you felt validated in your unknown state, but for some reason it’s never really felt like how you believe it should. Figuring out who you are takes time, for some people it takes longer than others and that’s normal. You don’t have to know everything. It’s okay. You’ll get there.

Nostalgia is something that’s, despite all of your growth, bitten down on your ankle and refused to let go. You’ve had a lot of time to get accustomed to the weight of memory influencing your cadence, so you hardly ever consciously think about it anymore, but life doesn’t need to be like this. You don’t need to give up yet on the idea of being free from what’s hurt you. Stop ignoring the things that make your life difficult just because they’ve become constant. It’s not too late for change, it’s not too late for you to make it.

While you may not be consciously looking for trouble, oftentimes you’re more than willing to open up old wounds for the sake of feeling something again. But it isn’t worth it, you must know that by now, right? Your life doesn’t have to be on a dramatic upswing or downswing in order to be worth living. If things feel boring, then look to the future for motivation. You don’t have to make the same mistakes. You don’t have to hurt in the same ways. You don’t have to hold onto your chest so tightly.

Now is the time to tie up any loose ends you’ve been avoiding, before they get any more frayed or difficult to handle. Things have been somewhat consistent for you lately, and it can become easy to neglect the nuances of your situation when everything feels soft and malleable. Don’t skim over the finer details of your happiness, as they could come back to haunt you later on. Keep an open ear and an open heart turned towards the sky. Good things are on the horizon if you watch for them. TC mark
