The people at History in 3D put together an amazing digital reconstruction of Ancient Rome that features famous landmarks seen from an aerial tour.
In the 8-minute video, you can see such sites as the Campus Martius, the Forum, and the Colosseum. You can also see palaces, temples, theaters, and baths.
This video represents 40% of all of Ancient Rome during the year IV AD. The goal of History in 3D is to reconstruct all of Rome during that period.
